The CWO is the oldest politically affiliated female organisation in the world - and it has a very active branch in Sunderland.
Meetings of the CWO take place regularly across Sunderland, Houghton, Washington and the wider region and provides a forum for female members of the party to discuss issues specific to them.
The CWO organises a range of fundraising events throughout the year.
In recent years, speakers at CWO events have included Ben Houchen and Lord Bates.
