St. Chad's Conservatives tackling issues in Middle Herrington Park

Following a number of complaints from residents regarding litter and anti-social behaviour in Middle Herrington Park, Councillors Dominic McDonough and William Blackett have brought together the police and council to try and improve the situation.

Clean up teams have been in this week to try and sort the mess and the police will be increasing patrols at key times from this weekend to focus with anti-social behaviour.

New bins and play equipment are also on the way and local campaigner Chris Burnicle will be leading a community litter pick in the coming weeks.
