The Barnes Conservatives were out recently litter picking around Wearhead Drive, Eden Vale, the mineral line and the park extension with Clean and Green, an initiative we fund through ward funding to improve street cleanliness.
Speaking on this Barnes Councillor Richard Dunn said:
" We as councillors know that residents are sick and tired of dirty streets and roads. That's why we have a programme of how to tackle littering and fly tipping. With more street cleaning like the litter pick we joined in with this morning, but also greater money for enforcement officers and CCTV in backlanes."
